WICKET CONVEYOR OVENS
GTD designs and manufactures an extensive range of Wicket Conveyorised Ovens and general Conveyor Ovens.
A Wicket Conveyor Oven incorporates several special formed wire frames – the ‘Wickets’ - to support the sheetmetal product in a near vertical position. This arrangement permits an economical oven length to accommodate the products transition from pre-heat/drying stage/s to curing stage.
Excellent temperature control and evenness of cure is achieved via the GTD ‘High Volume Air Recirculation System’; this also allows for full or partial pre-heating of the returning wickets.
Integrating a Fume Incinerator and Air to Air Heat Recovery equipment to any Wicket Conveyor Oven is recommended by, and available from, GTD.
