A typical consultancy order will entail a site visit involving interaction with operators, engineers and production management; a thorough equipment inspection will follow. A comprehensive report based on your requirement will be delivered shortly thereafter.
Ovens and Dryers Ovens require periodic maintenance to ensure that they are operating at design conditions. An Oven with any of the following symptoms is a candidate for a site consultation:
- internal stains
- external stains
- warped or cracked panels
- fuming/leaking from an opening or door odours
- inconsistent instrumentation readings noisy fans
- or, it simply just doesn’t work like it used to!
Incinerators and Thermal Oxidisers Incinerators and Thermal Oxidisers are viewed by many as a ‘black box’ into which the waste gas goes, and clean air comes out.
Typical Incinerator designs are such that viewing and/or access to the ‘working parts’ is very difficult. Therefore, specialised industrial testing equipment is required to adjudicate on the effectiveness of the outbound airstream, without the need to enter the Incinerator or Thermal Oxidiser.
A non-performing Incinerator or Thermal Oxidiser is often more wasteful than simply pumping the dirty waste gas straight into the atmosphere.
We can also advise on the most energy and cost effective heat recovery and ventilation alternatives.
