AIR TO AIR HEAT RECOVERY EQUIPMENT
A heating process with an exhaust temperature exceeding 100°C possesses the opportunity to recover heat which can be used elsewhere within a plant. This minimise energy consumption.
GTD provides a range of custom designed Air to Air Heat Recovery Systems.
Using our computer based modelling and manufacturing techniques we can develop a heat recovery unit design which:
- maximises the efficiency of the heat recovery process by controlling the relativities between the airflow on either side of the heat recovery exchanger surface, and the velocities of the heating and heated air
- balances the airflow via input from one of more fans, i.e. balance the energy requirements of the fan/s relative to the energy recovered by the heat exchanger minimises the pressure drop through the heat exchanger matrix resulting in low power consumption which therefore;
