The key to correctly designing a Powder Coating Oven is to ensure even temperature distribution throughout the curing chamber. There should be a minimal temperature drop in the recirculated air coupled with a well-directed, non-turbulent airflow. Such an Oven will ensure a high quality Powder Coat Cure with even gloss, consistent colour and bonding.
GTD’s standard range of Powder Coating Oven’s cover most commercial powdercoat products and industrial applications, however a custom designed and manufactured Oven can be provided if required.
